We are a small neighborhood association in southwest Lincoln. Our purpose is to pool a modest annual due amount to take care of our shared greenspace such as mowing, trees, and liability insurance for the commons. Our HOA works to keep our community safe, clean, and beautiful.  We also plan yearly meetings to keep you updated, and social events so you can meet your neighbors. Established in 1976, the Normandy Square Neighborhood Association has a history of being helpful and friendly. We all want the kind of neighborhood that is welcoming, considerate, and safe. Our goal is to build a strong community with an environment that is enjoyable for its members. 

This year, dues are set at $90 per unit, due by Monday, June 15, 2026. Dues were $75 for many years; the modest bump reflects general inflation in vendor costs, projects that we have to complete, and lets us build a small reserve for the things we can't always predict.

Dues fund mowing, tree care, liability insurance, and upkeep of the commons.  If you would prefer a payment of two installments, please contact us to make arrangements.
